Call For Tutorials<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The confer\u00adence orga\u00adniz\u00ading team invites submis\u00adsions of half-day or full-day tuto\u00adri\u00adals. This format offers partic\u00adi\u00adpants the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to share prac\u00adti\u00adcal knowl\u00adedge, as well as best prac\u00adtices and solu\u00adtions. Tuto\u00adri\u00adals should be as inter\u00adac\u00adtive and hands-on as possi\u00adble, very much includ\u00ading (\u201chands-on\u201d) in-class exer\u00adcis\u00ades. We partic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly welcome appli\u00adca\u00adtions for English-language tuto\u00adri\u00adals, in order to be able to offer inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal guests a special incen\u00adtive to attend the annu\u00adal meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topics of the tuto\u00adri\u00adals can be based on the main topics<\/a> of the meet\u00ading or on the method\u00adolog\u00adi\u00adcal focus of GMDS groups. Each tuto\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal submis\u00adsion will be reviewed by the head of the SPC<\/a> and the local orga\u00adniz\u00ading team, and will be checked for tech\u00adni\u00adcal qual\u00adi\u00adty, rele\u00advance, as well as attrac\u00adtive\u00adness for the annu\u00adal meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuto\u00adri\u00adals are subject to a fee for partic\u00adi\u00adpants. Partic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adtion is only possi\u00adble after prior regis\u00adtra\u00adtion. The orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion team reserves the right to cancel tuto\u00adri\u00adals that have too few registrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speak\u00aders of tuto\u00adri\u00adals (max. 2 persons) will receive a trav\u00adel allowance, i.e. a Deutsche Bahn<\/a> tick\u00adet 2nd class, max. 500 Euro, as well as a season tick\u00adet for the visit of the 68th Annu\u00adal Meet\u00ading. The confer\u00adence tick\u00adet includes access to all scien\u00adtif\u00adic sessions, keynotes and work\u00adshops, as well as the city recep\u00adtion at the Science Center experimenta<\/em><\/a>. The season tick\u00adet includes free use of the local public trans\u00adport system for the entire dura\u00adtion of the annu\u00adal conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
