GMDS 2023: Advanced train­ing for doctors in Heilbronn

The 68th annu­al confer­ence of the German Soci­ety for Medical Infor­mat­ics, Biom­e­try and Epidemi­ol­o­gy (GMDS e.V.) is coming up and promis­es to be partic­u­lar­ly inter­est­ing with its motto “Science. Close to people”, it promis­es to be partic­u­lar­ly inter­est­ing. From 17 to 21 Septem­ber 2023, we cordial­ly invite you to Heil­bronn to partic­i­pate in this scien­tif­ic symposium.

As in previ­ous years, we have submit­ted an appli­ca­tion to the Landesärztekam­mer (Baden-Württemberg) for recog­ni­tion as a contin­u­ing educa­tion event. Approval for the respec­tive confer­ence days from Monday to Thurs­day, as well as for partic­i­pa­tion in the half-day or full-day tuto­ri­als on Sunday and Thurs­day, is expect­ed to be secured. This gives you the oppor­tu­ni­ty to collect qual­i­fied contin­u­ing educa­tion points and to update your medical knowledge.

The exact points system will be deter­mined at the begin­ning of Septem­ber, but we recom­mend that you keep the days of GMDS 2023 free so that you can be there in Heilbronn.

The tuto­ri­als on Sunday, 17 Septem­ber and Thurs­day, 21 Septem­ber offer you the oppor­tu­ni­ty to deal inten­sive­ly with rele­vant, subject-specific topics in half-day or full-day sessions. Here you have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to gain new insights and learn from experts in a prac­ti­cal way.

The annu­al confer­ence starts on Monday and will be filled with keynotes, infor­ma­tive lecture and poster sessions as well as inter­ac­tive work­shops and special events until Thurs­day. Our speak­ers are at home in vari­ous fields of medical infor­mat­ics, biomet­rics and epidemi­ol­o­gy and will present the latest find­ings and devel­op­ments. You will have the chance to exchange ideas with colleagues from all over Germany and make numer­ous contacts.
